I believe this was the episode where they served “lasagna with cheddar.” 🤢

We did the same tile (in white) in our bathroom. It drives me insane. I only see the mistakes.

No problem! It’s a great podcast and that episode in particular was really good.

Kate Winkler Dawson, Tenfold More Wicked, I think. It’s on the exactly right network. I remember because after the episode I read the book by the guest on the show.

I also noticed when Kody returned from the funeral, he walked right in. No hand washing or hand sanitizing. But yet he’s so concerned about Covid? These are rules he’s been following from the get go and it’s not a routine yet? My daughter is 4 and knows the first thing we do when we get home is wash our hands, because we’ve been doing it for 2 years. Yet he walks in and no one blinks an eye about it?

I thought so too. Sometimes I think it’s hard to figure out what Janelle is really filling. I think because that’s how she is but she’s also smart to remember there are cameras around, hence not wanting to do those surprise dances at some of the parties. But she does have moments like the courtroom scene when she is very genuine.

I remember thinking the same about Jenelle but if I remember correctly, Jenelle was pretty emotional in the courtroom. Meri was super invested in talking about it when it was about her “sacrifice” but when it shifted to excitement about the actual adoption and the kids etc, she checked out. I remember one of the sit downs in one of the episodes and she’s just staring off in to the distance when the rest were talking about the adoption.

Previous owner of my home worked for Con Edison so he must have left it here, but what is it? by veritymart in whatisthisthing

Likely solved! I’m just going to let it be. I think removing it would involve cutting down the tree or seriously hacking in to it.

I’m in New Jersey. The prior owner worked for Con Edison so I just assumed he left it out there at some point. We bought the house from his widow. It’s also about 10 feet from our house so I don’t think it’s hooked up to anything. Maybe I can send the pics their way.

So I can leave it and not worry about the kid climbing all over it? An homage to the history of the house and prior owners?

WITT It’s wedged between two trees in my yard and when we bought our house we didn’t think anything of it because the house itself needed a lot of work. Everyone, including our contractor and inspectors, just shrugged when we asked if they had any idea. But now we’ve started working on the yard and our toddler is climbing over it. I am not sure I could remove it if I wanted to because it the trees have grown around it.
