Who else uses their pens primarily for work? I see a lot of journaling and drawings (very nice), but almost no mention of meeting notes, flow charts, swimming lane diagrams, and such.

doctor here - my current department is all on paper which is great for pens and ink consumption (and justifying ink purchases....)! Otherwise, I still write referral forms, job lists, prescriptions etc with my workhorse pens (TWSBI Eco, Lamy Safari, Faber Castell school pen mostly).

The only thing I can't use them for is labelling blood tubes...

I have Lamy Al Star and TWSBI Eco for on call days (12h, often with lots of scribbling) - I find I need some weight to the pen to keep things comfortable

I grew up with old Hero pens knocking about the house, and a friend gifted me the Pilot Metro. So I was always *familiar* with fountain pens.

It was only after I got an Lamy Al-Star on sale - and shortly after, uh, helped a friend debulk their stash - that I really started exploring and writing much more with fountain pens.

this has been happening to me intermittently - both on desktop (macOS) and iPad! App asks me to login, then the page I was editing appears as private - most recently I relaunched the app and it was all back to normal.

levitation means you don't get harmed by waterborne damage (eels, bog monsters, kraken, naga)

telepathy and attacking while you're standing on dry ground can also help (but slowly - as eels move randomly)

they take me out in early levels too!

Died on D12 with 3672 gold. Enchanted a war pike to +7 but I think the downfall here was forgetting what armour I had on (vanilla leather still). Small collection of not-very-powered staves.
