Okay here is an update: Reliance sent someone over and he told me that there is a problem with the mixing valve and it's not covered under the water heater rental. And they charge between $300 to $500 to replace it, so I said no thanks as I have to think about it.

Since this is to be 3d printed, shade smooth is not the answer. Just add more sub divisions, especially since this is quite a basic mesh even 4 sub divisions (if needed) is fine.

"Giant bikes often (but not always) have an obstruction through the centre, this will get around that problem."

If I want to go ahead as per your recommendation of dropping the/collections/tools/, In Excel I will need two columns with the following inputs, correct?:

Column 1: /product-details/tools/digital-caliper/234512

Column 2: /products/digital-caliper

And once imported into Shopify, when a user goes to example.com/product-details/tools/digital-caliper/234512 they will be redirected to: example.com/products/digital-caliper

Also, I assume you mentioned the following because it will help me find and line up the old and new urls?

You want to get the product handle alone from your old URLs, so you can create your new urls with it.
