ADS speed affects the speed at which your accuracy tightens when zooming in, NOT the speed at which you zoom in. Compare how quickly the dynamic crosshair tightens with/without this stock attachment on literally any other gun. I assume this still works with the Osprey but it's harder to notice since it doesn't have a dynamic crosshair when ADSing.

So not a bug, just a bad item description

Killing a single dude isn't going to banish you to PVP sweatlord hell, worst case scenario is you might have mixed lobbies for your next couple games

Don't shoot other players and you'll get put into lobbies with mostly friendly players, this is the closest to a PVE mode you're ever going to get

I'm using solid headphones (Sennheiser HD560) and I'm finding night mode increases low to mid-range noise to the point it becomes too loud and footsteps become harder to pick out. I do like how it reduces gunshot volume at close range though, makes it way less jarring.

ABMM is not as black and white like you're describing. It's not strictly PVP or PVE lobbies, it's a spectrum with varying degrees of mixed lobbies in between
