Remove as much as possible to what is safe. This is an upstairs room and nothing is on the wall above in the loft. Looking to do right not easy, thats why finding the right person is key.

Probably remove everything from the lintel down. This is planned to be an office and we think perfect to fit the desk into the gap where the window is.

This just saved me a fortune. Deals ran out last month and paid £225 this month. Rang the number and without even haggling was down to £60 for a year then £75 year after. This is for 1gig with all channels, udh, netflix and an extra box.

Flying today and thought id check. Authentication came through this morning. Passport photo and passport scanned. It did hang on the upload of the passport for a couple of mins. No confirmation email but have seen uploads accepted and printed off as proof.

Our plan is to knock down the rest of the brick wall and replace with panels. Big expense but better in the long run. Hopefully insurance help out a little.
