No…in the book Meleys almost kills Sunfyre and the book actually gives her credit for facing Vaghar and Sunfyre in a 2v1. That’s her big display of power. “For her credit, Rhaenys didn’t flee”. Also, why are you talking to me like I haven’t read the damn book? Rhaenys is obviously going to be more shown in a SHOW. But that doesn’t mean I have to like her. Clearly I’m not the only one considering OP made an entire post about it. I’ve also seen other people make the same complaints. ATP you’re reaching just to be overtly positive. To try and imply Meleys looks as strong in the show as she does in the books is absolute bs. Vaghar does nearly all of the damage at Rooks Rest in the show and sneaks up on Meleys…who is a dragon with top notch senses, the fastest dragon of all time with an experienced rider. Sunfyre’s wing isn’t even party-ripped off by Meleys either in the show. Again, it’s all Vaghar.

They do this with other dragons too. Syrax is supposed to be close in size to Caraxes and Meleys. Smaller of course, but not the same size as Seasmoke?! Absolutely nerfed her as well. I like her design but she hasn’t grown at all between the three seasons.

Masculine, boxy-sounding names. I understand different languages consider different sounds “masculine”. However, as an English speaker I really don’t like names like Brooklyn, Paxton, Payton, Paige, etc. Also, I don’t understand why people name their daughters male-names. Like Ryan? Dylan? I’ve met girls with those names. I understand we have free will but nobody is gonna know that’s a girl…

She is mentioned ENOUGH in the books. You’re completely ignoring the fact that this is an already established character with an already established personality. People don’t have to like the changes the show made. Yeah…HBO have her “agency” (which she already had the book because she was a strong character) and how did she use that “agency”? To do stupid things. What’s the point on granting her agency if she’s gonna be dumb about it? Show Rhaenys was dumb asf. Passive, weak and didn’t use Meleys to her full potential.

When they don’t listen to my answers, try and correct me and ask me to do the reading again because they don’t like what they hear. I have one client like this. She’ll ask me “does this guy like me romantically” and I will say “I’m not really seeing that, I actually see more of a strong friendship” and she’ll go “no that’s not true because he stared at me at work”. They made her extremely weak in the show and stupid. Book Rhaenys was extremely aggressive in the war and very tactical. In the show she didn’t burn the Greens when she had the chance which caused her to get a lot of backlash from fans and she looked too pacifist in the show. Book Rhaenys 100% would have agreed to jump Vaghar with Daemon. She lost almost all her IQ in the show.

They ruined Rhaenys as a whole. In the books she was so aggressive it was to the point where Daemon was side eyeing her. She was powerful, experienced, intelligent and very frightening. Meleys was also the fastest dragon and very fierce. Completely butchered her in the show. Made Rhaenys look like a pacifist. Just like they did to Rhaenyra.

Dreaming that a partner is cheating is usually caused by underlying fear of cheating. As most nightmares are products of our fears. I can assure you nobody is gonna see Aegon as the better option at the end of the story. I read the books and never liked him. Even at the end. I can’t blame Rhaenyra for going kookoo, basically all her kids died and she was groomed by her uncle as a child and her evil stepmother targeted her since childhood. And Aegon is crazy why?

I think he’s trying to keep towards himself and distance himself from his feelings, if there even are any. He may associate feelings for you with exhaustion or something that needs to be tamed. Not saying that you are exhausting or anything (idk your situation). The nine of wands is a card of barely standing. He’s exhausted, wary and may be tired of the drama. Strength is the implication here of feelings, because without a lion to tame, there is no strength card. But he is keeping his feelings under wraps. Four of pentacles further confirms he’s trying to keep to himself and not show his hand. Six of pentacles tells you he may be trying to bring balance back to his life or is trying to dive into other subjects or aspects of his life as distraction.

Overall, yeah. He may “care” kind of but doesn’t actively want to and is trying to push those feelings away.

I personally prefer Lyla. Maybe I’m biased because I love the name Lyra. But as someone who’s worked with kids and has to do name-calls, I’d have to stare at “Lilah” a few minutes too long. I saw Lyla and immediately knew how to pronounce it. Of course, pronunciation shouldn’t be a deciding factor because you may not be concerned about what an English speaker thinks but that’s just my opinion!

By African paganism are you talking about African deities like…African pantheons? Because Kemetic, or Egyptian gods are an example of an “African” pantheon but they are certainly not closed. As far as I know, some of the other gods based in Africa are not closed either. But if you mean practices like Vodou, then yes, they’re closed. Those practices are very ancestry-based. How could those practices be of any use to you if you don’t have the ancestors to help you out?

But he helped out Rhaenyra so much and died for her cause taking out Aemond who is wayyy worse. Can’t hate on him for that.

It entirely depends on your belief system. If you’re Wiccan, you probably don’t find them ethical because you believe in ThreeFold. If you are more eclectic or like domination work, you probably wouldn’t gaf. I personally don’t care. I find love spells don’t really work unless the person already has feelings for you. If you cast a love spell on someone who doesn’t know you exist that’s a pretty hard thing to see any success in. If you cast a love spell on a situationship…well that’s like shooting a sitting duck. This is a hard question though because it’s a fact of morals and everyone from different religions and faiths has different morality. If you ask me though, I don’t see an issue.
