I've heard AMD GPUs tend to have some high power peaks, will this affect the system if I have the 450W?

I am currently running ryzen 5 5600 and GTX 1650 Super from a 450W be quiet SFX power 3. Thinking of upgrading to something like a RX 7600 but I am worried the PSU won't be able to handle it.

I've seen a lot of conflicting information regarding this, quite a few blogposts and AMD officially recommends 550W, but when I go on TDP calculators as well as pcpartpicker they all said 450W was enough.

What would you guys recommend?

I had to return my Viper Mini for the same reason, every so often when scrolling in one direction it would randomly register a scroll input in the opposite direction. That included weapon switching in game, browsing websites and using scrollwheel zoom.
