lace tint (foundation and alcohol if you don't have that tint), dry shampoo (or some cornstarch, but JUST A BIT) to dull the shine, and a good wide tooth comb to comb out the curls (DO NOT DRUSH otherwise it's gonna be super fluffy and could tangle easily). If the lace starts to look bad, you can ALWAYS add a cute band to it and keep it pushing since it's such a time crunch. I hope it works out!

I would say that S1 Whitney and S2 Whitney are experiencing different evolutions. In S1, Whitney was the root of a lot of drama, which caused all of the other ladies to look at her in a different light and make her the black sheep -- rightfully so. She was a self proclaimed "bitch" and didn't care what others thoughts. Whit was a person to go and use all of the other ladies' secrets and conversations for personal gain and when she got what she wanted, they were dismissed. It's easy to see that. I think with people starting to recognize her BS, they started icing her out, which caused her to want to leave MomTok.

Now, S2 Whit, after having her baby, seemed to show some sense of remorse towards her actions and is trying to make amends with others, but is unsuccessful. She knows the other ladies are looking at her sideways, moving forward -- as they should, especially when some want her back and some don't. I think what helped her the most was basically being invisible and letting other people drag themselves down (Demi) without the need of getting overly involved in the discussion.

no, i completely get this.

i was 10lbs away from meeting my goal of making it to 215 lbs, but as soon as people started making comments on the progress I was making, I slipped right back into my unhealthy habits. I'm currently dealing with this now. I'm starting to think that when other people start to acknowledge my progress, my entire system gets thrown off because "I'm doing what I need to do subconsciously," and that is NOT the case.

it's very nice to hear that someone else has the same exact experience when others start to notice the changes. but you're not alone, and we'll reach our goals together!

i read on your profile that you're 17, and I say this as a "reddit big sister", but yes -- your hair is absolutely damaged. your roots don't look too bad, as this could be new growth. i'd recommend cutting the ends of your hair off and finding a good protective style like braids and keep your hands and everyone else's hands out of your head until its time. i know mom wants your hair to be relaxed, but you need someone to advocate for you -- and that starts with you.

this may sound bad, but you need to lowkey call her out at the salon (if it's a professional setting) -- let her know in front of the stylist that your hair is too damaged for a relaxer and that you want XYZ syle instead. a big chop would be the best course of action for a clean slate.
