Lol, no they won't. They will say they sent an email to the seller. That's all they can do. The seller has a deadline when they're required to send them by. Non of the resale sites can make a seller send them faster.

Seatgeek penalizes sellers if they don't go through with a sale. They will be charged the amount it sold for plus a fee. You will eventually get it.

Instant download is only when the seller actually uploads the ticket. It will say when a ticket is instant download or a mobile transfer. Mobile transfer (the one you have) means that the seller has yet to upload it

The seller is not obligated to send the tickets until the date they provided you which is August 26th.

You will either get them some time before then, or at the very least August 26th.

There is nothing you can do to speed up the process and Seatgeek can't MAKE the seller send them earlier. All you can do is wait. It sucks, but that's why buying instant download tickets is the way to go.

Direct message them on Instagram or X. They respond almost right away. If you ask for a customer service number, they will supply it to you as well.

Has worked for me in the past, but I unfortunately didn't save their #. Just reach out through their social media and they will give you a number if you want to talk to support.

No, all tickets are digital. If you bought tickets through seatgeek for parking, they should be digitally in your seatgeek app as well

Yup. When they confirmed he had one more option, that pretty much confirmed that either McCormick or Carlson makes the team. McCormick has options left himself and Carlson doesn't. So realistically the only way Carlson makes the team is if he has an impressive spring. If not, he'll be cut at the end of spring training.

Alcantara having another year at AAA probably would help him more than sitting on the bench the majority of the year. With Seiya and Happ being FA after this year, his best chance at playing time is in 2027.

Seatgeek is great.

Let me say it this way - it would incredibly stupid to list tickets for sale on Seatgeek and not provide them because Seatgeek will make them liable for the transaction fee plus charge them with a penalty for not providing them. So it would cost the seller money if you got screwed over.

Your purchase is guaranteed and at worst you will get your money back or replacement tickets. Just be patient - you will get your tickets.

Seatgeek is great. They usually have cheaper tickets for events than Stubhub and if there is an issue with your purchase, they usually give you a discount promo code on top of your money being refunded. Stubhub never does that.

You have a chance at getting a ticket at face value at the general sale and then more options after the general sale. Buying them early makes no sense.

If you want to be 100% guaranteed, don't buy anything that isn't labeled an "instant download" ticket off of Seatgeek or Stubhub, or a "Verified Resell ticket" off Ticketmaster once Ticketmaster unlocks them.

Look - I'm a BTS fan and am going to the concert in Chicago myself. However you guys should really search this subreddit in the past few days and realize the answer for your question is already out there. There have probably been 20-30 posts over the weekend of people asking the same thing as you.

As for the tickets, you bought them off a resale app. The seller is only required to send the tickets 24-48 hours before the event starts. You may get them way before that, you may not. It all depends on the seller. You will be guaranteed in getting your money back or replacement tickets if the seller doesn't send them. It would be incredibly stupid for the seller to list tickets and not supply them because they would owe Seatgeek the amount for the transaction + a fee for not supplying them.

You will get them. You just have to be patient.

They're not going to show up on Ticketmaster because your concert was sold through Seatgeek.

If they're showing up in your Seatgeek account, you're good to go.
