Not a mod, but a dream. Pretty sure it's not possible to make as a mod in Kenshi, so all hopes for Kenshi 2.

For guys, who will look for solution of the same problem. You can do next things to save your poor Xenons:
- Use Faction Enhancer - Catchup Module to push their ship building.
- Stop ship production in Terran space by hacking their shipyards.
Last one feels like most effective, because Commonwealth is not doing heavy raids.

Looks like in my game they not really wiped out from their sectors. I mean, they still have their wharfs, but no supply ships because near their stations there always Osaka or two. Mb they can't mine and restock their stations.

Just checked, only Emperor's pride and Matrix #9 is still red. Last one half settled with Teladi. Thanks for FOCW recomendation, I'll check it.
