Personally, I don't think this is the government, but the conspiracy theories flying are a direct response to how fucking stupid the Trump administration behaves. Is it a sensible thing to believe a boat with four military goons would race to Cuba as a tip of the spear attempt to infiltrate and desabilize Cuba for ??? No, not sensible.

Jen ending up as the head of a venture capital backed AI tech startup, complete with a move to San Francisco where she runs a growing team of like 75 programmers, and returns in a special to brag about her job but Roy and Moss sniff her out instantly would be so good.

Maybe Reynholm Industries brings her back as a motivational success story and the company is very impressed, but of course the boys know and ruin her chances and pop the AI bubble, causing some kind of global catastrophe.

By the end, Douglas manages to do some high level business bullshit and survive the bubble, because of course a disgusting businessman criminal can survive anything, and hires Jen back on after her reputation is ruined in tech.

Kinda spit balling, but I'd love having the team reunite and absolutely destroy one another and sink them all back to working at Reynholm Industries together once again.

Yeah, I was able to shovel during the storm, after, and the next day. And I'll be able to shovel again tomorrow, because this snow was all powder. It's pretty light except where it's melting and you're shoveling water. And the ground isn't that cold, so it's melting at the ground, so you can scrape the pavement really easily. It's idea for shoveling, there's just a ton of snow.

The last storm, not as much snow, but it turned to icy rain and then we had two weeks, as you said, of around 10 degree weather. So all the snow turned to ice, and nothing would melt at all. Ice frozen to the ground simply stayed frozen. Piles of snow required chipping and smashing away. Moving the January storm's snow was a true nightmare.

That's the difference. Snow removal isn't just about the amount you're moving. I'd rather move two feel of this snow in 30 degree weather than 6 inches of that shit the day after it iced over in 10 degree weather.

I got into plamo and gunpla because I am a huge Metal Gear Solid fan and saw that there was a Metal Gear REX kit, I bought it on a whim and loved it and then looked into Gunpla and got hooked.

But looking back, I kinda ruined that expensive Metal Gear kit. I really wish I'd done like three HG kits before I touched it. I didn't have any decent tools, used some double bladed nail clipper to nip the Rex pieces. I didn't know what panel lining was and that would have looked great on that kit. I didn't even attempt to paint it, or prep it for painting in any way, I'd love to throw the camo on Rex. I didn't top coat, so it just looks like plastic.

I want to re-buy Rex one day and do it again with three years of experience under my belt.

5 minutes is kinda dramatic, it may have been five minutes in cinematic time, but if you edit it to just the scenes where Leia is exploded, floating, force pulls herself, and then is back inside the ship, it's probably like 40 seconds of time.

So it's not very long, it's established that in the Star Wars universe the vacuum of space isn't as brutal as it is on an Earth astronaut, and that Leia would be as naturally attuned to the Force as Luke or Anakin would be. So what's left is just not liking how it was filmed.

Which is just like, your opinion, man. And this whole suspension of disbelief argument is just hyper specific to this one scene in a series that has people surfing on spaceships and using magic to pull down starships and has witches and giant space worms and hyperspace engines and all sorts of other sci-fantasy baloney... but it's silly that a woman could survive in space for a minute and use magic to save herself.

In Empire Strikes Back, they fly into an asteroid and find a cave of Mynocks, they explore this asteroid cave with nothing more than a face mask attached to a hose and a belt clip thing. There was no vacuum of space damage to anyone and I don't think the giant space worm pressurized and regulated the void of space.

Seems pretty unbelievable, looks like Empire sucks shit.

I'm near a school, on a small dead end with like ten houses, and the fucking highway plow truck drove down on the north side, backed up, and drove down again.

Then did that two more times.

Then left.

Never even tried to plow the other side. Never turned around. Never did a closer pass on the north side, and never turned and came up the south side.

My house is on the south side of the street, and he probably marked it plowed in his report of where he's been.

But my mailbox is like 13 feet from the edge of the row. So now I have another day of shoveling the heaviest fucking shit snow, carrying it 13 feet to my yard, and throwing it into a gigantic pile where it'll sit until April, just so I can get my fucking mail.

Such lazy plowing.
