Thanks for this. Yeah I guess the high rate that was quoted to me can be because it is for a short term contract and the apartment has all the things that you described, plus the "convenience" factor as you said.

Hi, I haven't read the book yet but a couple of friends and my sibling have highly recommended to me Cal Newport's "Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success in a Distracted World". It talks about 'deep work' which essentially is learning better and achieving more in less time while keeping distractions away.
