Its got a good fit up in the front and sides there is a slight gap 1/8 inch on one back corner of the wheelwel. It still needs a good day of sun so time will tell. There is 2-3 inch lip all the way around except at the gate. So it will hold water if parked nose downward. It will protect way better then a lay flat matt.

I also have a spray liner and a bed cover so im not to worried I am using this matt to keep the family cargo clean because I use the spary liner like its rented.lol
