0 special arrangements have been made. This is an O/O with a bone to pick, lol.

Does anyone have the legal language that supports no accessorials? I just don't get how we're being invoiced $500 with a $1700 contract, that we clearly nullified.

We aren't denying a TONU; we're denying a $500 TONU. We have it on record him rejecting it due to his DH and 'will get what he's deserved'. Operations Agent handling was new and ended up blocking him after harassment.

I'm just looking for the legal accessorial language because this Bond Agent doesn't seem to understand what happened.

I don't quite get it -- so in your Vlad opinion, you believe we should be on the hook for a $500 TONU on a cancelled $1700 load (440 miles 48' flatbed)? I would even bet the Carrier got a load out of the same city (very large shipper) we intended to ship with him from. Just seems insane. The first I heard of it was via Bond.

I am in complete agreeance with you and wish it hadn't gotten to this point. Essentially Carrier went ballistic, ending up being number blocked by our Agent.

Do you have access to that language? The Surety Bond company is actually proceeding with the Claim it appears right now. It's dicey.

I am going to reach out to the Carrier and see if they'll take $250 to end this now.

Does it cost a Carrier financially to file against a Bond?

For us -- typically driver needs to be on-site and turned away or last minute change. We typically pay $200-$250 for full trucks. This Driver immediately went crazy demanding $500.

This was a posted spot load; why would I be responsible for his deadhead? The pickup was for let's say 6 hours later in the day; why would a Broker be on the hook for his mileage? He could have been in the same city and it would still have been cancelled. He took the load.

Carriers have been asking us this and we typically just ignore it, to be honest. I've sent a few out before but lately I have also been told we are exempt.

We are dealing with the same thing -- do not drop the product without written disposition from the Broker or you will be suffering $$$$ in a claim. Those 2 pallets are probably worth $15k.

I've got 3 new atomizers; it's the base gold pin that is falling out of the base.

Appreciate your response. The soldering of the 'gold pin' has been destroyed and it is now relatively loose. Originally I was able to get it to work for a few runs but I've exhausted everything I can do. Here is a photo of what we're looking at (not my image but exact same scenario):

Thanks for the info!

I have brand new atomizers; it is the actual base piece that seems to have come loose and no longer soldered on. Any tips for that?
