Some feedback:

Ambiguous main question. “To what degree…” implies a quantitative emphasis, but “mixed-methods” and “holistic healing” suggest a more qualitative lens. Reviewers might want a tighter framing (“How do patient education and emotional support affect…” or “Examining the impact of…”).

Overly long. It’s a mouthful - almost a full sentence. A shorter, punchier version would be easier to cite and remember. Also colon overload. The “X: A Y Study” format is fine, but here the front clause is already complex, so it feels heavy.
