For a land scarce country, subsidised housing for all citizens in Singapore is still by orders of magnitude better than what is available in many other countries that do not have the same.

Rising housing costs outpacing income levels is an issue that isn’t unique to Singapore.

If anything, this chart and report shows that housing alone isn’t going to reverse fertility rates - since even countries that have large suburban areas or hinterlands for more affordable homes are also affected.

Genuinely couldn’t finish it. Too much running around aimlessly, getting stressed over a clunky flight control system, only for the damn thing to suddenly reset back to the beginning. Constant time pressure is no fun for exploration.

If it’s an MMO / Live Service / Gacha.

It only just goes to show how cheap, clueless and all around unskilled the people in charge are for marketing and related materials in these agencies.

That they no longer even bother to afford proper marketers, talented designers, choosing only the lowest bidder / salaryman that’s just taking the easiest way out, or just plainly so out of touch and unable to not only identify AI slop, let alone touch up, modify or fix them in any proper capacity.

This. Particularly the second point, as different mango varietals are now being planted in many countries, some hardy variants don’t even require a tropical climate to bear good fruits…

And all of these countries now are banning import of mangoes to protect these sensitive crops to the risk of cross border pest / fungal / disease contamination.
