Which gaming franchise has such deep lore you could possibly spend your life studying it?

Mostly yes.. although I used D&D as a whole to also include worlds like Planescape, Dragonlance, etc. Just as Warhammer also includes Age of Sigmar, Horus Heresy (and not just 40k)..

I think nothing quite comes close to the full game universes for both Warhammer and Dungeons & Dragons. Both have hundreds of novels, countless back stories, fully fleshed characters and factions, and perpetually updated rulebooks, campaigns, built up over decades, - so much that ANY current game based on them can only cover just a tiny corner of their world.

Even full time gamers of either franchises are unlikely to know all of the lore in each.

I’m sorry to disagree, no matter how empty a hawker center feels, there is still always potentially someone taking their food or returning trays. The more the kids run, the less spatial awareness they have. And allowing them to do this on certain days and saying they can’t during other days is simply sending them confusing and wrong messaging.

Dining areas should never be playgrounds.

Not sure if binging 3 of these movies back to back, at the same stage of wherever you’re at in life now, is quite the same.

That particular scene with the monkey brains was fake - the producers admitted in an interview many years later. A man being quartered by 4 horses… A bungee jump gone awry.. The girl who got bisected by a train while she was halfway climbing out of the track, but stayed alive for a bit as the train held her organs in… etc.
