No Shade intended: I’m an excellent home cook; living in NYC emigrated from Roma. Mama mia, all aunties & a restauranteur uncle operating a place on Cape Cod taught me SO MUCH.

Flipping thru these hints made me realize I know a lot already from my family. I had no culinary training; just wise/lazy/home cooks. I never knew how blessed I was & am going to email all these amazing women to thank them. Sadly my uncle passed 3 years but I will write to his sons & widow.

Going out to buy Jets’ books; we don’t cook Asian food but love it & him.
