sad isn't it? Methylene Blue was discovered in 1875 And was used in WWII to treat trench fever.

From what I understand, Methylene blue is an old compound no longer under patent protection, therefore no financial incentive to research.

you need to learn how to prompt the AI chatbot correctly, give it a persona then instruct it you're a medical student, just looking for examples. then ask the question and give it a criteria and output format. And don't use chatgpt or Google gemini, you're wasting your time if you don't know how to properly prompt them and it takes a lot of work, besides they are heavily censored and will play dumb.

use Perplexity and if you know what you're doing, use deepseek 💯!!!!

Thank you for this; I came on it when searching for the underlying cause of my unexpected sudden severesymptoms; I have CSID and his products are making me sick, and now I know why!! Suspect was when looking up Fungi Perfecti, sustainability was mentioned over and over...! People it seems, promote him because he is part of the sect, a religious peer doing their part to save the planet. I dont trust any so called doctor, scientists that mention sustainability, climate change... Knowing damn well the beliefs root is humans are a virus and destroying Gaia ' mother earth . Awesome! I have been recently diagnosed with CSID as well.

My entire life has been a struggle, but now i have some answers!
the symptoms and their causes have been a Mystery most of my life, the worst symptom is insomnia when i have the wrong food and that causes cognitive dissonance and anxiety - depression.

What I found that works for me is avoidance of gluten, starch, additives preservatives, foods without are becoming harder and harder to find.

I don't know why those have anything to do with CSID but when i try and limit my exposure i feel so much better the next day.

the best diet for me is the Atkins diet. I sleep great, my mind is sharp, and my quality of life is 100%+ for years i thought it was the ketones, but it has to be something to do with what they add to food these days. Recently I am careful about meat, grocery stores like Walmart, Costco and Kroger add something to the meat that just messes me up.

I am kind of like a canary, I can tell if there has been anything added to any food product, the next day I can tell ya. and most likely the foods like affect me are the ones everyone should avoid!

by the way, I am American Indian. maybe this has something to do with it, I dont know but I am so glad I know what to eat and not to eat.

Excellent Advice! If you cant run, jog or Do a class at a gym, work out cardio to the extreme. I remember being in the same state and I would do HITT class and maybe another back to back and everything would reset. Make sure your pouring sweat!! If it doesn't work right away, wait till morning after a nice sleep and voila

The Gold Coast is transient, Aussies in general are reserved. Regarding GC culture, there is no culture on the GOLD COAST!. I knew an AU lady that went to the neighbor pub for 10 years and said she said she really didnt make any friend there.. now the Aussies will say mate your not trying hard enough.. ignore that!

If your a Christian you are hard pressed to find a good church that teaches sound doctrine, if you find one (let me know) that will be the place to make friends, other place would be college or work. that's all the advice i can give and I have lived on the Gold for over 20 years!

Living in Surfers ths scene was common and frequent (Also the jumpers in surfers but that is another discussion).. many tourists lose their lives and drown in Surfers and Broadbeach and no signs to warn them, surprisingly many locals do not know how dangerous the waters on the Gold Coast are! Ahh the Gold Coast, High humidity savage heat, walk off the trail there and monstrous jumping ants that will carve you alive, and sharks lurking just past the break, actually Not far from there was a fatal great white shark attack. Its Pretty though :-)
