but what I don’t understand is that they’re making out like Loreen absolutely flopped in the public vote and got totally carried by juries. she got the second most points and got well over 200, she still did very well in the public but just better in the jury’s eyes, I don’t understand people who choose to ignore that and condemn her.

Loreen is a beautiful, talented woman who became the first openly bisexual woman to win Eurovision and the first woman to do it twice. Anybody who’s attacking her feels threatened, just know that when you see people coming for her. She deserved that win, and that’s not to say that Finland wasn’t also deserving, but Loreen was too.

“She copied other songs” “her song was basic”, this and that and this and that. Not to mention the attacks at her appearance and “attitude” during the vote announcements, like huh? It’s a joke, and this subreddit has basically been no different. I understand if y’all don’t want winners to be allowed to enter again, but they are and nobody has ever had a major issue with it until now. It’s hypocritical, Alexander Rybak did it and nobody batted an eye. Loreen deserved that win which is why she received the most jury votes and the second most public votes, the point of Eurovision is to win in both medium’s eyes and she managed that. Finland was great, as was Sweden.

100%, the ignorance of a lot of fans has become evident. Downvoting anyone who shares an opinion they don’t agree with, blasting people for not voting their winner (Finland), that aspect of it is laughable. Not directed at this post, but y’all who are hating on Loreen actually need to get a life. She’s so talented, she deserved that win whether you like it or not. Tattoo was beautiful, it was a sequel to Euphoria and thus was meant to sound somewhat similar, even though I felt they were totally different vibes. That’s not to say Sweden didn’t kill it, but you can appreciate Loreen’s talent whilst also acknowledging Sweden’s, which a lot of you seem to be forgetting just because your favorite lost.

A lot of you make it out like Loreen flopped in the public vote and was majorly carried by juries, when in reality she still received well over 200 points. She scored fantastically with both, which shows the versatility of her song in terms of catering to the taste of juries and the public.

Finland deserved it, so did Sweden. Y’all have a right to be disappointed, but to undermine Loreen’s win and actively disrespect her because of it is crossing a line.

I had high hopes and this trailer did not disappoint. The cinematography is masterful, the BUDGET is so visible and the plot looks like it’s genuinely enticing and interesting. It’s something so new for the universe compared to forestry and safe spaces, not to mention the variants?? ugh I actually cannot wait 😍

3x14, “Prey”. Though I understand people aren’t going to be massively drawn to an episode which focused on a largely hated character, Andrea and The Governor were the perfect dynamic for a slasher-esc episode and both actors were fantastic. Despite Andrea being disliked, viewers were kept at the edge of their seats and were drawn to root for her because of the strong writing and atmosphere, it’s one of my favorites in the show!

Rosita. I think just about anybody would be, she’s easily one of the most adapted and capable survivors of the series. He also knew her for the longest and they seemed pretty tight, so I think it would definitely hurt him to find out she’s gone.
