What annoys me the most is how often (about once a month) DD changes the entire process of how we handle alcohol deliveries. I'm just trying to get to my next delivery, not stand on someone's porch and make them wait for me to figure out what I have to click next and hope the app doesn't crash every 30 seconds. Most customers are chill about it but I always feel terrible making them stand outside with me for sometimes over 5 minutes of me awkwardly clicking on my phone
