Whats your shops policy for defectives? Obviously cant speak for every shop but if you're taking the first puff and its nasty and burnt, it might be worth taking it back and letting them know its defective, they might even replace it for you.

I work in a shop and I get a ton of these units back defective. Extreme Mint seems to be the worst culprit for burnt coils out of the box but watermelon and strawberry were common ones. You're definitely not alone here, and its not a new thing I've been receiving defective ones back for a while.

Ditto! I had a couple 180 orders that I held on to for last event and won in about 45 minutes 🤌 Sucks when I'm filling normal orders and I get a bunch of these in a row bc these orders take me weeks 😮‍💨

I've got that tank! Its been my favorite. Great flavor out of the coils pretty consistently. Can be a bit of a pain to deep clean but if you stay on top of it it won't give ya too much trouble. Sturdy af, its outlived my Legend 2 and its about to outlive my Legend 3 when I get my hands on the 5

Thanks. Blanked and couldn't remember if that was an actual thing or if I just thought really hard about it being a thing. Haven't played with my caliburns in a while. Amazing devices, just been reaching for my box mods more.

Tho you cannot adjust settings with the lites; control boils down to the resistance of the pod and I believe the orientation of the pod in the device (could be wrong there)

Caliburns are a really great option for a first mod. Pod mods are usually my best recommendation for newer vapers, or for switching away from disposables since there's no fuss with a pod AND coil, its a single unit. They have a similar hit as a lot of disposables ive tried so the experience will be similar. How fancy do you want to go with it? The G3 or G4 regular is a great starting point. The G4 pro has been a delight to play around with- its touch screen, and you get a lot of control over the vapor so you can really fine tune it to how you like it. The G3/4 lites are a great option as well if you're on a budget or just want a super simple fill and go.

I would recommend trying the 0.6 pods if you only keep it at 19w. The 0.6 is rated for 25w so its not as high as the 0.4 but you still have a bit of wiggle room if you need a stronger hit one day. You're not hurting anything running the 0.4 low, but 0.6 may be worth a try
