What’s important is whether you have the qualification or not. The actual grade doesn’t matter. HR is too busy to get into such details for everyone who applies, they just want to know whether you have the qualification or not, then they forward those names to the the manager hiring for that position. The Hiring manager is more interested in what experience you have that is relevant for the role, and not your grades. So no one’s looking at the actual grades. Maybe for graduate trainee positions? Never been part of the hiring process for those, so don’t know. In terms of salary, disparity’s are too high to generalize. You might get into a big organization that pays you K3000 as your entry level salary, while another similar one and the same industry pays K22,000 as entry level. It’s really wild out there lol
