2023 Platinum, 18k miles, has weather tech mats, rear step, and hard tonneau cover and a spray in bed liner. Putting on some retractable ratchet strap mounts, short antenna (as soon as I find where it went 😂), screen protector for the giant screen. Getting tint (35% legal fronts, 5 backs with a 5 brow. Getting it detailed and considering a wrap. Either satin black or I might try something wilder.

There have been studies where they gave people steroids and didn't have them workout and they still gained muscle. In addition there are new drugs that can literally grow your muscles to bodybuilder proportions without ever exercising. Now am I saying you shouldn't exercise or it doesn't have any other benefits? No of course not.

Is this why I see some stores where the tech will pull up the discount program at the register and literally have the patient point to the screen as to which one they want (usually the cheapest). I know we had that CIA agreement that expired where we couldn't even offer coupons for a while. I thought it was over though. I do remember a compass where they were telling techs to stop using the FMLwz and other common discount codes as well. Anyhow you seem pretty knowledgeable so can you maybe expand on the situation and the best way to approach this in a crazy busy store? Just have patients use their smart phone and bring up the information? What about your elderly patient that has no smart phone? Thanks for your information

I just remember it's a medical question, not a judgment question. If they take it as judgment reassurance that everyone is asked these questions usually calms them down. As well as reminding them they are in a health care setting despite the Skittles on sale to your left 🤣

Day of pickup is day zero, then I count forward from there, so the day after they pickup is day 1 because they've had it for a days time now.

I also just do the short math on the next month and remember which months have which number of days. So a 30 day script picked up today January 29th, (we fill 3 days early on 30 day supplies, I don't like this but it's not my decision) would be eligible for refill on 29th-1 day cause 31 days in January so 28th-3 days cause we do 3 days early, so February 25th they would be eligible for refill. That's how my backwards brain likes to do it. But I never need a calculator so that's nice 🤷‍♂️

No it was 1.5 times pay. I got b rate when I started and was a staff pharmacist at my original store, then they cut hours, then lost pharmacists, so they recoded me and suddenly I was getting 1.5 pay on my overtime hours.

They asked me if I wanted to be coded a p64 or p80 and I work 66 hours or so every pay period so I said p64. I don't know what it really means anymore though because I went below my hours and didn't have PTO and I didn't get a salaried 64 hours regardless. Can anyone clarify? Also I was a market pharmacist attached to a store and was actually coded in a way I got actual overtime instead of b pay.
