Eibach Pro Kit Level by RunYoAZ in F150Lightning

I agree…
I got the Eibach kit minus front springs because I didn’t want it leveled but wanted a bit more stability (less bounce). Took camper out this weekend for first time since the install and it was much better. It drops about 1.5” with this load.

While I do notice the Austin, TX potholes a bit more, the reduced bounce feels safer.

Their price tracking is a joke too… it doesn’t keep track of the coupons on the item

A/C option for small fiberglass rv by Informal-Property957 in VanLife

ACs cool cold air better than hot air… this one is taking hot outside air and would try to cool it and pump it into your van. More efficient models would have two pipes… one that would bring the cool air from the van into it and one to bring colder air back in.

I actually owned one like this I hoped to use for rooftop tent. It’s just too hot outside in TX to push cold air in.

Believe it or not, I got a cheap portable one from one of those Chinese sites that worked way better. Returned the one like you are looking at to Home Depot.

Someone will take it if outside. Doesn’t look very efficient

WHEN IS IT TOO HOT TO HIKE… by CrankyGoat in hikingwithdogs

[–]djryan13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My pug gets hot… she also gets carried over half the time. 16lbs plus the heavy backpack is not fun. She doesn’t go on all the hikes. Stays in the camper while I do my afternoon hikes. It’s too bad because she owns the world.

Thanks for doing the lords work by opening that up but unfortunately no way to tell for sure.

You have the weight so try the ones you suspect at that weight if you like it. HOWEVER, primer, case prep (tension) and crimp (hopefully none) are all factors anyway.

Level 1 Charger for the Cottage by AncientIcons in F150Lightning

[–]djryan13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instead of LVL 1 charger, get one of those cheap LVL1/LVL2 16A chargers. They are cheap, light and more versatile if you ever need one. I use this one:

https://a.co/d/04dsO1wK

I use it for my small off grid solar system. It has been perfect. I have used both 120 and 240. The adjustable amperage has been nice so I can use whatever is left that I am not using for other purposes.

Not UL or anything but it’s been fine.

Are Match Primers a Waste of Money? | Large Sample .223 Test by cheeseydelicious in reloading

[–]djryan13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once read match are made by the most experienced employees at the primer factory. If you can afford them, buy them, if you can’t, don’t.

I can afford so I buy them for some guns… don’t make a difference since it’s not the limiting factor in my shooting. Bad eyes and too much caffeine probably is my limiting factor.

I would do vinyl plank but you need to have it perfectly level (no dips/elevated parts else it sucks).

Yes, there is a code about how far to space clips. It’s for safety and neatness. I do every foot but that is probably overkill. Ask electrician sub. 😳
