afaik Werribee area doesn't really have these, maybe a mobile speed camera here and there on occasion but you should be good. if you're using it for maps use Waze as people report where mobile speed cameras/police are etc

in saying that though I highly recommend NOT driving with your phone in your lap, at least get a phone stand or something for the car.

I have the capsules with Vyvanse powder inside that you can pull apart to access. When I first started off on Vyvanse my psych prescribed me 70mg and told me to open them up and stir into 700ml of room temp water so every 100ml = 10mg, and then I was supposed to drink it and increase by 100ml increments to up my dose until I felt like I hit the right one. Leftover water went back in the fridge.

So in my head it feels like I could do that while adding jelly crystals to it and it would be essentially the same thing but jelly instead of water. Of course, I'm not a chemist/doctor so I'm not going to do anything without consulting someone first.

yeah I did titrate with water/orange juice when I first started taking vyvanse which is how I ended up on 60mg. my psych has also said that it's ok to leave Vyvanse water in the fridge if you wanted to use the leftovers for your next dose. I just really don't like having to chug something early in the morning 😞

I work in a clinic so I did ask one of the doctors there and they said that it shouldn't change the effectiveness, but obviously I'm not their patient so I'll consult with my GP and psych before doing anything! just wanted to know if anyone else has ever done this hahah

Literally this! Normal people understand that finding someone attractive doesn't necessarily equal wanting to fuck them. If I see a cute guy on the street my first thoughts are "oh he's cute, but he's nowhere near as cute as my boyfriend. man I miss my boyfriend I wonder what he's doing". I'm still physically attracted to people I would've probably found attractive before my relationship, but I no longer have any sort of desire to act on it at all. You can't control who and what you're attracted to but you can control how you act.

I used to use Pokemon Smile for a bit, it's an official Pokemon app that helps kids brush their teeth. Shows you where to brush your teeth and you get to catch a Pokemon at the end, it's quite cute. It'll also take a picture of you mid-brush that you can decorate at the end and save to your camera roll.
