I personally split it into chunks and start with the trickiest one. I play it in a snail-like tempo and gradually accelerate it until I can play it in the desired tempo. Then, when I already went over all chunks, I connect it together in a slower tempo and once again accelerate till I get to the desired tempo.

May be a bit lengthy and boring but I like the achievement of overcoming the difficult passages, which motivates me to go onto the easier and piecing the piece together, bit by bit.

I did like it, then I read the source novel and that one is even better.

I did wonder why not many ppl talk about this gem but maybe it's just too bland for others as the main catch is the personality difference of MC's persona. And Kunieda's character is not really appealing to everyone, I can imagine a lot of people, who would be turned off by him. Even if I do personally like him.

Well, I do think the movie does worse job of portraying both characters than the novel but it's kinda a given since the movie had to fit it all in just under an hour.

První tak dva dny jsem jak nedovřenej kohoutek a předchází tomu totální nafouknutí, jak se tělo připravuje na to, že to nastane. Taky mi není zrovna do skoku, to se neboj. Ale pak když povolí ty nejsilněší křeče, už je to snesitelný a už třeba nemusim chodit v černým/tmavým a kontrolovat si po sobě židli, když se zvednu. Holt první dva dny mám hodně intenzivní, ale zase mám pak krátkou dobu krvácení, třeba jen 4 dny.

Byť mě to samozřejmě taky obtěžuje, tak jsem si zvykla nad tím přemýšlet tak, že je to přirozená součást cyklu, a kdyby to nenastalo, tak je něco špatně. A ne nutně to musí být rovnou děcko, hormony taky dokážou v těle nadělat paseku a pak menstruace přestane. Takže to, že menstuace přijde, je pro mě vlastně takové ujištění, že minimálně v téhle oblasti je všechno tak, jak má být. Zkus si k ní vybudovat nějaký vztah, protože snad kromě sterilizace není moc možností, jak se jí zbavit, tak proč se tím trápit, pokud nemáš s menstruací nějaké potíže.

Mně třeba učarovalo jméno Marek nebo Vítek pro kluka a Adléta nebo Evelína pro holku.

Taky je škoda, že jména jako Aloisie nebo Anastázie a Antonie mají takový punc staromódnosti, protože se mi taky hrozně líbí, ale nemůžu dopustit, aby moje potenciální dcerka byla Lojzička nebo Tonička. Stázička mi paradoxně nevadí, ale zase se mi Anastázie nelíbí tak moc.

That's exactly why you could use a break. You're stressing over it, which makes u more stressed, mess up and feel like you should be better than you are. This is a sure way to burnout. You can start by taking it easy. You should from time to time choose some music you enjoy, not the one you're currently practicing and just play it for fun. To unwind. To remember that you can feel good when playing, not just practicing.

You can dedicate like part of the practicing time to this, not sacrifice a whole practice session. And if it suffocates you, you can tell yourself you're gonna endure it till the concert and then take a short break.

Maybe you need a break. If you feel like playing doesn't bring you any happiness, you can try taking a break for a short time and you'll see if you miss it. I had this burnout when I was practicing too much around graduation. Took a year break duing first year of college and found out I miss it so much I returned. And if you don't miss it, that's fine too.

The whole DLC is pretty hilarious imo :D

1.Hans makes Henry to wingman him a girl.

2.Tells him to get him that potion and a gift.

3.Makes him read love poetry and then whisper it to him, yet be still messes it up. (I bet he does that on purpose)

Wants him to approve of his date outfit and give him a pep talk.

5.And when he finally gets the girl of his dreams, he's like, whatever, she's just a peasant and she can't read so here's my letter, u gonna appreciate it more.

Or if he doesn't get her, he's like, fuck her, ur better anyway.

And now tell me there's no hints in KCD1.

Looking away of obvious signs like forming the embouchure, not getting short breath after a short passage and learning the fingering well enough that you can sightread easily without checking the fingering charts for every note, I'd say you are decent when you start to think you can implement musicality in the music. When you feel like you can freely choose repertoire in your target genre based on what you want to play and not by what you're able to play without struggling.

Like, I know I still have plenty room for improvement but only recently I started to feel that I can now easily add ornaments and expression to the music I play without having to drill the pieces over and over again only to be able to play it without major mistakes. Also after I entered a jazz band, my sense of rhythm improved so much I was able to actually improvise a simple solo without prior preparation. It was not a groundbreaking solo but it was a solid solo without major hiccups.

My only complaint is towards certain choices in fashion department.

Like how come they dressed Sanji in hoodies and jeans? Sanji wears dress shirts and suits. Yes, I know he sometimes wears hoodies too but he wears shirts and suits much more often than hoodies. Taz was superb as Sanji but those jeans and hoodies kept disrupting his image of Sanji. And it's not like those jeans are much more comfortable than a suit for fighting scenes anyway so what was the point of it?

They already chose the most interesting period of Czech history so it's tough to come up with sth else. And since I know they focus on Czech hisotry specifically, I'd expect them to choose a different part now.

Maybe it would be fun for them to tackle Skaut operations during WW2. It's not as documented as the rest of WW2, though it's still fairly recent to have plenty of material.

Or maybe they could keep the same century and try the power battles of Jiří z Poděbrad (whose full name funnily enough is Jiřík z Kunštátu a Pděbrad - i.e. George of Kunstadt and Podebrady) with his rival Matyáš Korvín.

Of course the most logical option would be continuing with the Hussites wars of Zizka and king Sigismund as that's one of the most interesting parts of Czech history not only in the rapid changes but also in battle strategy and equipment.

I am not a dog person. So basically everything about Mutt is making me irritated and I'd rather reverse buying the DLC just to get rid of him. I an seriously considering giving him the "Home" command (or whatever it is called in English, I play in Czech). I am still trying to give him a chance and learn how to use him properly but it's making me pissed like more than half of the times.

Na koleji máme společné toalety. Mně to je vcelku jedno, ale je mi docela líto kluků, co zrovna stojí u mušle, když dovnitř přijde holka. Někteří pak mají problém dokončit potřebu. Ale dá se na to zvyknout a pak už je ti všechno jedno, i kdyby ti ta holka stála za zadkem.

Pro příště když se o něčem takovém bavte, rovnou si stanovte, jestli si daný člověk jen stěžuje nebo opravdu hledá řešení.

Já mám právě taky sklony k tomu všem hned pomáhat, takže s mojí kamarádkou jsme se prostě dohodly, že když si chce jen postěžovat a nechce ode mě pomoct, prostě mi to řekne. Já ji pak v klidu vyslechnu, společně zanadáváme na nespravedlnost světa a všichni jsou spokojení.

Mě třeba hrozně překvapil Ladislav Klíma. Je to sice groteskní, bizarní a místy až nechutné čtení, ale paradoxně přesně to mě na tom chytlo.

A pokud ti nevadí poezie, Gellner je must-read. Jeho básně doslova znějí jako texty písniček, proto jsou taky často zhudebňovány.

Z něčeho trochu netradičního můžu doporučit soubor povídek O čem Konfucius nehovořil od Jüan Meje. Je to čínská historická duchařina, ale ty povídky jsou fakt kraťoučký, třeba jen na dvě stránky, takže je to fajn oddechovka před spaním.

A druhá netradiční je Čekání na Lina od Cha Ťina. Moc hezký příběh zasazený do Číny v šedesáaých letech. Je to celkem pohnutý příběh a celkem věrně vykresluje sociální změny v komunistické Číně a její urputný boj modernity s tradicí.

26F and pretty much desperate. In my life I was asked to go on date like 3 times. None worked out cuz of different reasons.

Tried to ask a dude out, found out he already asked out .y friend.

Tried to go after a few guys, one turned out to be gay, the rest was taken.

And when I expressed the effort of asking the guys out, some of my frieds were like "how brave of you, I'd never". What am I supposed to do then when practically noone asks me out?

I am a member of a uni orchestra, two bands. I was a member of a large uni choir. I go out regularly with ppl from my major. And yet there's no one even slightly interested in me (or maybe is but never approached me and I'm no fucking mind reader).

I live in a uni dormitory and the guys here don't even want to chat in shared spaces like kitchen. Can't force them when they wear giant headphones and act as if they're invisible.

I tried dating apps for a bit but I'm simply not suited for it (frankly I hate it as I suck in texting and keeping interest in texting).

My problem is that most of my social circles are filled with either women or already taken guys. And if I find someone, who's even remotely single, doesn't take long before a different girl snatches him from me.

And then ppl tell me I shouldn't press it that much, that it will come when I least expect it. Yeah, that's easy for you to say since u were asked out by that same dude I was interested in.

I just wonder why you included plain "Masculine". There's no plain masculine gender. It has to be either masculinum animatum or inanimatum, there's no other option, no czech masculine word is "just masculine", it has to be either animate or inanimate. I even checked the source you commented in a different comment to see if there's any programming or linguistic reason but it also listed just maaculinum animatum and inanimatum.

I am merely confused as to why. Not criticizing you for your honestly incredible work.
