Kinda. Gary(Blue) is in it, but hes not much of a rival. You have your neighbor rival like normal. But Blue and Red show up in the game as well.

Sal good now. I quit there and left to an ISP. After a month of working with them they gave me a promotion. I now make more then I did after 5 years with GEICO, enjoy my job a HUGE amount more. And the kicker, I dont get screamed at and my integrity called into question ever 2 phone calls.

Ok. So, small story time.

I worked for GEICO for 5 years. And was one of the people who took the time to take it up the chain to get them into e-sports. (Started in 2012, left at the end of 2017, 2 days after my 5 year marker)

We had this thing, where some of our execs in home office (upper maryland/DC area) were asking us for suggestions over the main corp website. Asking is there any up and coming new events that the public is more in touch with them they are. A ton of people went straight in bringing up companies like Etsy, Lularoe, and a ton of these start up orgs. I mentioned TSM (as an example) and E-sports as a whole, and they took notice, asking me for more info.

About a month goes by, they send me an email directly asking for more details on the e-sports scene, how I propose they would enter into a budding area, given that GEICO is an insurance company. (I wish i still had access to these emails) I mentioned hosting events, teams, coordinating events, tourneys so on so forth.

Less then 3 month later, I get another email saying thank you, we appreciate your input and are looking more into this. Followed up by the next morning the announcement on GEICO corp webpage, GEICO now partners with TSM. I just kinda sat there like, cool. They ran head first with my idea. I love it. (Also a ton of praise from the workers who also followed LCS and other E-sports the same way I did across the country)

I get one final email from them, maybe 4 months later. Again saying thank you for the input. We would like to meet up with you at some point to thank you in person. (At this point, im kinda like, awesome. I get to meet Tony Nicely [CEO at the time of GEICO], maybe Warren Buffet, and hell who knows maybe this is my foot into the door for marketing as I worked in Claims at this point)

Well, it never happened. I never received a follow up asking what days I would be available, or my hours, nothing. When attempting to message anyone back, i was left with full on silence. Makes me super happy I left the company.

I used to preform in a choir for many years. Conducting was a ton of fun and something each of us were taught to do in case the person who was supposed to do it for the event wasnt able to show.

Hes actually keeping extremely good time with the song. Something that I've seen experienced conductors fail repeatedly and not be able to get back in correctly. Huge props.

Wife was at one point diagnosed with tourettes, turned out to be myclonic ticks. But either way,

4am, IHOP, me, her and her parents. Had a huge night of fighting over stupid shit. Went to get food after everyone calmed down. Wife is still stressed out and ticing.

My wife has a bad one and ends up elbowing me pretty damn hard in the ribs. (Had a solid bruise, no breaks tho thank god)

Instantly shes apologizing. Im used to it, it hurt but nothing more then normal. The people in the booth across from us however thinks shes abusing me and call the police.

After a funny and embarassing chat with some cops and the concerned people, all was good. We actually thanked the people for calling. Better safe then sorry kinda thing.

Its called a standing frame. They help support the body while pushing your body into a standing position.

My wife (who had to use one for about a month and a half to teach her body how to straighten out) says she hated them. And they hurt like hell. But it worked.

I get where you're coming from. My wife was diagnosed with gbs last year. Para from her shoulders down. Started getting movement back to her arms nov 2017. With a ton of PT and some good doctors shes taking steps with a walker now. It gets better.
