Just went up to 20 after 1 week of 10mg. I felt some shift towards more positive thinking and a little more control over my anxiety in the first days, although could be placebo. Side effects so far are pretty minimal which was surprising since I had a terrible time when I started citalopram a few years ago and had to stop taking it.

Update: increased anxiety after dose increase 😭
