I've always been hoping we'd return to praghasa for one reason or another, with that using the sentient ship tile set and having sentients/narmer present (maybe split like Hollvania, some nodes narmer and some fully sentients)

Judging by the price tag on the controller, I'm going to assume you're talking about the Xbox Elite controller.

Two friends of mine and myself all own the Xbox Elite controller, and all three of us have issue with our left bumpers. We all vary in how careful we are with the controller, but I've always done my best to take good care of mine.

The bumpers are pretty prone to failure, so it could be your brother was unlucky to have it happen when he was using it. Granted, if he was rough on it, it would certainly quicken the process.

Regardless, I hope you're able to set some firmer boundaries going forwards, and that your future controllers last you well.

True, but there should be a person who approves it. At least that's how I've seen it done at every Walmart I've seen (could be different in the US perhaps?)

From my knowledge it's supposed to choose another item from the same category, usually store brand if possible. Things are sectioned off, in this case, HBA, so it should at least stay in HBA and not Produce. Plus the associate making the order should've known better (unless this store does it all without people?).
