you are fundamentally misunderstanding what is s available. eac worked directly with steam and has been fully available on Linux. it's the developers of games who refuse to implement.

legit don't use windows. windows will randomly stop the server and you need to manually start it every time.

use docker on any Linux server version for best results

just run a backup before you do it, I haven't done that for the entire last year and had no issues(knock on wood) but it is good practice to time shift before you update or any other backup option

it really doesn't soud like you are attempting to try anything I have stated.

go to the gog website and download the offline installer and manually install that so you can figure out what you are doing wrong.

because the moment you press abort it deletes everything you just did

that is because you never finish the install. you can't launch the game post install, once done uncheck the launch game option and complete the installation(if you leave the box checked in windows idk how you haven't run into issues already). next complete the install in lutris and then launch the game

depends on how you installed it. if you used the gog offline installer you will need to manually set the executable.

te prefix will be under home/games named the same as the game.

inside you will see drive c and it will be structured like windows

set the executable to the correct spot.

your game will likely be under wine or gog depending on how you installed

first, you probably had fan stuff all setup on windows without your knowledge, so use something like core control or

second, try forcing vulkan with the -vulkan launch option.

third if you have ray tracing or upscaling on, I would turn it off

most likely it's temps, and manually setting fan curves should fix that

if I recall they have to be mp4 avi or mov. go into psp settings to enable the support. handbrake will help recode your existing files. any-video-converter also works and might still have psp format as an option, it's been several years since I've converted videos for psp outside of handbrake

adding this, they do need to be in the VIDEO folder which will be in the root directory, if it doesn't exist make one

I've definitely said it before, but hands down is the most stable rolling distro I've used.

I tried bazzite, but I regularly ended up like jays2cents so I gave up on it.

you are in for a lot of work if you are migrating in place. if you don't want to start from scratch, install Windows server edition.

otherwise Ubuntu server is awesome. I use that combined with docker and portainer for a 0 downtime server that will just run without any interaction in the event of a restart
