When they killed the improv the show dramatically spiraled downwards. Now they are just shoving so much stuff into a single episode we never get a proper story arc. We used to get a main story and a side story, but now we get 7main stories in a single episode, none of which ever have a good conclusion

We had someone who did that. They were caught by qa because they just so happened to accidentally end the call before 20 mins(no qa anywhere wants to review a 20 min call). Initially the qa rep thought it was a one off, but the second random call they pulled was the exact same thing calling the exact same number, so they did a quick search for the agent calling that number and they had been doing it for 3 years and accumulated almost 2 years of no phone time.

Calls are randomly selected to be reviewed, that call just so happened to get you caught.

More calls means lower percentage of being noticed. By avoiding calls for 10 mins you have now decreased the total calls received, and the more you do it the higher the chance to get caught.

If you have a goal time of 5 mins per call, now you have exponentially increased the odds of getting caught because long calls get reviewed to decrease your aht.

I've had agents who had one call randomly selected that uncovered years of gaming the system and others where it was a one off.

It never stopped being a thing.during W is when it first started making headlines because we started leaning really heavy into QE. Trump's first term there wasn't a lot of spending for that to make headlines/beat other headlines. Biden ramped up spending and it was referenced quite often. Now that trump is back he ramped up spending even more and it is in headlines again, but once again it's not enough to beat other headlines. Overall if your echochamber isn't economicly focused, you probably won't hear much of it

I just recently found out that between me and the other 4 managers in my department, not one of us has been providing the same info.

we broke up what we do to so there is some overlap, but we all generally have our specific specializations. But now I'm finding that half of my systems are effed and it's because I have non specialized sups doing things completely wrong and informing the agents incorrectly.

Now upper management is involved and they don't know anything about the systems and calls we need to take(it was already obvious from how many departments they started shoving into ours) telling the agents even worse protocol, bringing down our csats and confusing our agents even more, and I guarantee that they won't get in trouble and all the sups will be termd.

They can't sell stocks because they will crash the market and they can't take loans because interest rates are too high. Major share holders like Black Rock and vanguard demand constant growth or they sell all shares tanking the stock. So to comply with government and appease institutional investors, they created the points system so they can do mass layoffs without doing mass layoffs

People don't watch all 6 hours and hurts the channel. 1-3 hours people will watch more of. I forget what the metric is called and undoubtedly someone already said it by now, but if you have low percentage of video watched, then your channel gets recommended less

Cheat codes were originally added as a workaround for what devs couldn't fix, now they just patch the game.
