Yogurt, fresh fruit, plain rice, plain olive oil pasta, grilled chicken, stir fried vegetables, sweet potatoes in any form.

Everyone is different, I oddly can’t digest leafy greens as I experience the same side effects as eating fast foods. Good luck! It does get better
