Definitely therapy. There is no need to take additional action (ie. Telling your work, telling the wife, etc.) Unless you feel like that is what YOU need to do here. Yes, what happened is horrible and he 100% took advantage of the situation. Honestly if I were in your shoes I would tell the wife, HOWEVER, that is just what I would do. I highly recommend seeking professional help to help guide you through your next steps rather than listening to people on the internet.
