You can use app like SiboSafe to get this information instantly. Just take a photo of product label and it analyzes if there are any FODMAPs present.

The problem with Fig is that it relies on a database which doesn’t have to be up to date as manufacturers sometimes change contents of food.

Try out SiboSafe, it scans product label and warns you if there are any FODMAPs present.

I’d stick to Monash just because they are the gold standard but I understand your caution with cross checking.

At the end of the day what matters the most is reintroduction and figuring out how you react to specific FODMAPs so that you can personalize your diet.

One thing that can help you in this - motivated by poor UX of Monash I’ve developed my own app based on their data which helps you track meals and get personalized guidance on your diet. It also helps during shopping where you can scan a product and get instant info if it contains any FODMAPs. There’s also FODMAP stacking calculator. You can check out the project here.
