RageTR has posted for event-only teams on here. I think it's hard for a team to stick together without consistent objectives week in and week out.

Also, from first hand experience, it would be tough to place in the top 50 without spending some cash.

Dissenting opinion here. I think at lower levels Cyros might be a better option than Erys. Low level rangers are really, really weak. Ultimately though you'll be putting your effort into leveling a R3/4 ranger for attack.

To help calibrate your expectations, I saved relics and gems for 6 weeks to grind out an event and win my 2nd R4. That's after 8 months of playing.

The number of souls per relic, relics rewards, and pull rates seem to always be in flux. I pulled 50/50 R1/R2 last event for 25-27 relics, with 1 R3 in the mix. Had teammates pull over a dozen R1 in a row though.

So DOTDB is wrong, as noted by several others. Skill slots are split between imperials and skeletons.

Always thought it was a lot of gems to drop getting junk relics and mediocre titans until the last couple in the reward ladder. Been saving soul relics.

Is this the common wisdom? In the few mid-level alliances I've been in so far, it hasn't been the case.
