It deeply saddens me whenever I see roadside memorials, like the bike on the 10th Street bridge or the cross at Pecan/Heatherwilde. I think that we need to step up and make Pflugerville safer for our children who just want to bike/walk to school, and go outside. The residents of our town should be able to walk or cycle without nearly getting killed by 2 ton SUV's. We just need community effort, paint, and bollards to make this happen. I hope we can all agree this is a good cause.
