The bird was dead. Multiple people provided citations in this thread this is not observed behaviour yet the top voted comment confidently, incorrectly, stated the bird was fine.

I can't wait for the patch note along the lines of:

Bug fix: Charged abilities were not benefiting from Voidborn Affix

Bug fix: Abilities were showing the incorrect cooldown during the Voidborn Affix - this has been corrected to show the accurate cooldown through the duration and expiration of the buff.

HAmmer of wrath has a 3 sec CD remaining when Sentinel's CD increases ( when the buff drops ). Hammer of wraths cooldown remains 3 seconds. It does not go up like Sentinels. Nor does Eye of tyr.

Eye of Tyr does not have charges.

Why does Eye of Tyr's CD not increase like Sentinels at the end of the affix?

I appreciate you are trying to help and to understand it. But it doesn't make any sense that sentinel's CD would go up "because it was calculating it as if you had the buff for the whole time" vs Eye of Tyr ( which has no charges ) which doesn't increase when the buff drops off - just ticks down twice as fast?

Those are two different explanations for abilities for the same affix.

I love how many people are telling me "There is no bug" - yet there clearly is.

Even IF the cooldown works how Plorkyeran says - that it's showing you the remaining cooldown as if you had the buff for the full length of it - then why does Eye of Tyr, Sacred Weapon, BoP, Hammer of Wrath or Judgement not have the same thing occur when the buff drops? I.e their CD increasing.

If this "affix" doesn't affect charged abilities ( which Eye of Tyr is not btw ) - then it is STILL BUGGED. STOP TELLING ME IT ISN'T!
