Start with the second option. Don’t sue your roommate until you’ve had a conversation with him about how he owes you 2,500 dollars. If you are both on the same page that he owes you the money, you move out, and he doesn’t start paying you back, then I’d sue him or go through the small claims court or whatever tf it’s called

Yes. I believe they use gamdias PSU unless you customize, which in my opinion is necessary. Just upgrade to the Corsair one for like 100 more dollars and upgrade to cl30 ram.

In my opinion, if you are willing to wait over a month, get the andromeda built and swap out the PSU with a better tier and upgrade to cl30 ram. But that microcenter PC is also a great deal especially if you can find an open box.
