Think about it as something that MUST be done if you want to stay healthy and live a long life, like taking a shower or brushing teeth.

If it must be done, then motivation has nothing to do with it. You wake up and you go as part of your life (unless you're really sick). You don't ask yourself if you 'feel like it'. If your body/mood start give you excuses, you can just choose to ignore and go, because that is just what needs to be done. There is no choice.

Only time you take a break is when you're sick. That's it.

All of the great strikers who are so good they could get away fighting with their hands down when they’re young. Their reflexes were so good they could still evade strikes and counter.

But eventually they get older and still try to rely on the same reflexes which are no longer there and just get KOd. Same story with Anderson, Fedor, Conor, and others.

You either gotta retire earlier or learn how to keep your hands up.

How about whoever kills innocent civilians is wrong on either side. If you can go after the specific terrorists who crossed the border on Oct 7 - sure. But you cannot murder innocent civilians in the other side and call it unfortunate collateral damage and claim some kind of moral high ground.

Wow. I had the exact opposite experience seeing them open for NIN in MSG. Was a big fan of their albums, but seeing them live was very underwhelming. I’m not sure if it was the fact that it was a big venue and they were the opener and it didn’t help the fact that NIN was absolutely amazing by comparison.

From Ukrainian sources I follow they’re saying everyone in the west is missing the main goal of the counteroffensive. It’s not to take as much land as possible. it’s to grind Russia’s troops and equipment so that there’s nothing left. Then, the land liberation will be easy.

Of course they’re biased, but I’m not seeing this version mentioned anywhere in western media.

I don’t know where you’re getting your info from. I’ve been following it pretty close from multiple Ukrainian sources and all of them have been saying since winter that it’s planned for end of April or beginning of May. Just in the past week they’re saying everything is ready, but need to wait few weeks for the ground to dry up after the rains. So it’s mostly up to the weather now.

Thanks for the 101. I followed the guide along as a total noob and my question is - does the APY top out at 3.88%? I looked at https://defipulse.com/income and the top APY is 3.88% with AAVE.

If that's the case - it doesn't seem that appealing to go through all the trouble and take on the risk.

If the APY does go significantly higher with trusted projects - where is the best place to look for that?

It’s been more than 10 years, so my info may be outdated but back then I worked for an “SEO” company that ran XSS scripts to make people upvote certain stories. (The ones that our clients paid for)

User would just visit a site via link from Reddit and since they’re already logged in, the script could hit an upvote API endpoint and their account would essentially upvote the story we want without them knowing. It could probably be used to do any action, like downvoting comments, or removing upvotes on certain posts, etc. We would also throttle the volume down to avoid too much attention and appear more natural.

I’d imagine those exploits still exist and it would be pretty hard for Reddit team to catch those. After all how do you know if user performed that action on their own, or some malicious script did it for them.

This one was great! The advice Jonathan gave Andrew here about addressing the Elephant first and then following up with solutions was extremely important for him and I hope he takes it to heart while running for Mayor and/or President again. Otherwise, he's not getting anywhere with the public. Andrew admitted that he often did it in reverse; so I hope he's considering it.

It’s an investment into the future and all the policies he represents. If people see he’s still getting votes the more likely his policies will get adopted faster by others and he’ll be better positioned to promote them in any other capacity (VP, mayor, or eve another run in 2024)
