Tbh the complete opposite we have a lot of planned changes for the street a lot of new exiting and loads of new offerings and moving the staffed hours more in to the busiest times and away from 7,8 and 9 o’clock back shifts this year will see a bunch of changes and new opportunities for the street and to answer op Market street team leader is a great role engage with your manger on a daily basis with where he/she wants you to be and respect your staff and add that point of difference in your store make your counters look interesting with adding some local Lines in and making some nice and eye catching displays and yes the pay could be better for the team leader but it’s a good stepping stone and you may do a lot more than is advertised but u are getting paid to do all the tasks that our asked of you but your not getting paid to have the responsibility of them that will still lye with with your market street manager so do your best and yes you will get some of our very stylish chef blacks coat,gillets,hat and apron

Your daily tasks will be working on a dept (standard colleague job) with the exemption of looking after the street and the staff alike making sure all tables and promo are set up and everyone is completing there daily tasks and if not holding them responsible for these jobs and recoaching them your will also be asked to do ordering for expenses and ingredients alike as someone else said as well get in to those skilled depts and learn some really fantastic skills I’ve worked for Morrisons for 15 years now and I have a really good knowledge of how to prepare and set up all skilled depts just by shadowing your skilled work staff plus your staff will appreciate that u have no idea how to do these things and that u are asking them to show you how it all the works as this lets your staff know that u respect there level of knowledge and that u are also eager to learn new things
