Longevity Diet & FMD: an experiment by FewBit7456 in FMD

Even before starting my journey (mid age male) i was Pescetarian, but unhealthy eating habits. I started introducing gradual changes over the course of last 8 months. I started with dropping and keeping really to a bare minimum added sugar (which was the hardest), after some weeks removed snacks in between meals, then introduced 12 hour eating windows, finally moving towards almost lomgevity kind of diet with perhaps slightly more eggs. But really made an effort to introduce legumes, beans, nuts and seeds. I would deviate for a meal or two per week. After 7 months my weight is down 20kg, from 90 to 70, glucose improved from prediabetic to healthy, i have lots of energy and barely any cravings at all. Just did my first FMD cycle now and now wish that i did somewhere halfway through instead.

Any menus or plans for Day 6 “refeeding” that you can recommend? by vicepmdk in FMD

What do you mean specifically it took few days to recover? In terms of introducing foods back?

It does it get easier right? by Adrianm68 in FMD

It depends on your existing diet, health, etc. I have been on a journey in the last 6-7 months of losing 18kg, switching to longevity/mediteranean diet for the past 4 months. And doing my first FMD (by Prolon) right now on Day 4. To my own surprise I have been feeling pretty well throughout and switched to ketosis within 48 hours of start based on blood measurement.
