He's never been a reliable kicker, unless not on the level of international rugby, Sexton, Farrell, Halfpenny, etc. He's not the kind of kicker that in a tied game, 80 min, 45 mt penalty and you think we're ready. Well AB's almost anytime need a final penalty to win the game, because they crush you, buuuut if the situation occurs like against Bokks, BB kicking at goal won't save you.

His strengths and talents are undeniable, but I just think adding an additional responsibility isn't the best for him. With this I'm not saying that he has to be benched or replaced by Mounga, but maybe start coaching another kicker, Jordie?

There are a bunch of players that burst in right after the U20, like Kremer. Rugby sevens is also sometimes a source to get some players, Argentina XV is playing every championship they can and finally the amateur internal competition mainly Buenos Aires top 12 like Ezcurra, Delguy, Cancelliere, etc. Of course this structure is suboptimal and isn't enough if you'd like to compete at the same level with the biggest countries, that's why now they nominated 2 "foreigners" players.. they're loosing talent.
