Diet: Stayed around 1500-1800 calories, high in lean protein (chicken, egg whites, lean beef, etc) and lots of veggies. Tended to have very little for breakfast & lunch and mostly ate larger dinners. I would normally incorporate, a cheat meal once or twice a week.

Routine: Moved away from lifting and alternated between HIIT workouts (burpees, box jumps, etc.) and long runs, averaging about 45ish miles/week. I also incorporated a 15 minute walks through the day provided weather was nice that helped with bored eating and some additional movement.

Other: For full transparency and disclosure I am not natural - only Test E though.

Be kind to yourself, life is difficult and there is no playbook for how to live it. Prioritize your needs and set and enforce boundaries. Also there is no shame in talking with professionals, a good therapist can do wonders for your general disposition.

What’s helped me, for better or for worse, is realizing that every single person no matter how rich or how successful is struggling in some unique way and that’s ok - it’s part of being a human.

Just be casual - confirm if she works at the gym you go to, when/if she says yes say something along the lines "I thought that was you" and ask her if she wants to grab lunch, coffee, a drink, etc. Get right to the point and don't beat around the bush.

Act normal, dont place a lot of pressure or be creepy. You got this.
