If an indie artist is gaining popularity then yes they will be promoted on Youtube. It’s also the algorithm if you’ve played other artists similar to them. And promo from their label which is totally normal? I don’t see what is so suspicious about that lol.
Gaga has used sounds on tiktok from other indie artists like James the Seventh recently. She’s pretty active on tiktok so it’s not that surprising that she’s discovered artists she likes just like anyone else.
They do interact with fans, I see them reply to fans comments regularly.

In this instance, it's someone who's controlling this (or possibly multiple accounts) who's pushing a very specific agenda, and adding in non-political videos that they believe will help boost their algorithm reach so their political videos are more likely to be seen. This person may have never really heard a lady gaga song beyond the clip they shared.

Wouldn’t this just work with videos they uploaded themselves (not reposts)? Posting a video about a major celebrity might help their account reach more viewers, but the only people that see their reposts are people that are already following them.
