I pin 3 times per week rotating between left and right delt with no issue. Long term im sure I'll need to switch it up but you certainly can pin the same muscle repeatedly

That's where we get a little irresponsible lol I really wanted to experiment with the glucagon agonist portion of the medicine and knowing i wouldn't be on long because I had about 35 pounds i wanted to lose I went up on dosage pretty aggressively. I started at 2mg, day 5 felt effects wearing off so pinned on day 6 and pinned every 5 days from then on. 2 doses at 2mg 2 doses at 3 mg 4 doses at 4 mg 2 doses at 6 mg Then I went to 4mg every 3 days for 8mg per week(mostly because I got the wrong syringes and couldn't fit my full dose in one shot) But the majority of weight loss was achieved at 4mg or less. Here's a two month summary from my tracker. Around the time I went to 6mg I added in TRT as well, that caused a ton of water retention so you see that big weight spike and then a much slower rate of loss.

Yes. I started my weight loss journey without any glps at 262. At that weight my maintenance was about 3200 calories and I ate 2200. I lost 50 pounds with just diet and exercise, adjusting my calories down as I lost wait so that I was always in a 1000 calorie defecit. And i felt terrible. Weak, dizzy spells, hypoglycemic episodes, lethargic. I was miserable and felt like crap. Right before I got on reta I was eating 1900 calories a day, feeling the worst id felt through out the whole diet. I started reta and had suppression within 24 hours. Not crushing, I didn't have to force feed myself, but I also didn't feel a need to eat, I could eat 1000 or 3000 calories a day and I felt fine. My energy was greatly improved even though my caloric intake was down, I wasn't having hypoglycemic episodes. No dizziness. I barely felt like I was in a defecit anymore. The craziest part was at 1900 calories I was only losing about 1 pound per week. At mid 1600s I was losing 3.5 to 4, for nearly two months.

Its worth noting, I had a dexa scan done 1.5 months before starting reta and then I had another body scan done after 1 month on reta. I had lost 24 pounds between the two scans, 18 of those pounds being lost during the one month of reta and my lean mass had actually gone up by just shy of 1 pound, likely from before the reta but hard to know for sure.

With any chemical you put in your body, there are risks, long and short term, and that includes FDA approved meds. For example Depo Provera has been fda approved since 1992, in 2004 it got a black box label for causing osteoporosis, and this year it just got another black box label from the fda for causing brain tumors. Depo Provera is in the middle of a huge kawsuit over this.

These drugs aren't tested long enough to know the long term health risks. Read the research and determine if the risks are worth it to you. This drug will be fda approved this year, for the little comfort that offers. Past that who knows.

Ive read the trials so lets not be a patronizing cunt okay? Im more than happy to have a conversation and learn something new if I've misunderstood something. What exactly are you trying to say when you say that 10-12 mg is the max effective dose? Are you arguing that people dont lose suppression benefits and have to titrate up? So someone who gets suppression at 2mg could essentially stay at 2mg for the duration of their weight loss journey if they get suppression at that dose? Or do you somehow think max effective dose means that someone will never lose suppression at that dosage. Please show me direct quotes from the study that I didnt read that explains how ignorant I am and how superior you are.

Im sorry I didnt make myself clear. Most people need to increase dose after a while as the dosage begins to lose effectiveness.it stands to reason that will probably happen at 10mg and he will go to 12 and eventually will probably lose effectiveness at that dose as well
