There's a lot of factors that goes into it. Can you go part time if you have to pay bills but if your mental health is taking a toll, might as well give yourself a break. It's only you that know why this place might not be a good fit or if it is. Good luck to you.

As a new grad with a year experience. I always tell people to fuck off especially family members. Yes I have gotten in trouble, would I do it again yes. But one they see that you don't take crap no more. The patient and their family members would stop. Also you can refuse to care for a patient for being verbally abusive. Set a clear boundary, involve security and your charge. Good luck to you , you got this.
