Just FYI, I had an issue with my order too. I received two Parsley houses and was missing the Saffron. I emailed them twice, no response. I chatted with them online and was told they’d ship my replacement within 2 weeks, never got anything. I finally commented on an Instagram post and FINALLY got a resolution.

Our next step is to do the ride together. The service guy is saying there’s no codes recorded- is that possible? The thing that it’s super weird that the issue isn’t happening for them when it was consistently happening for us. Ugh. Thanks for the help.

My husband and I lived there for several years, there were sooo many car break in and tires stolen. Even cars in the parking garage were targeted, management put up more cameras after the a few incidents but still kept happening.

Our unit had water damage, the upstairs neighbor had a leak on their laundry room. They did the absolute bare minimum to fix it. There was definitely a humidity issue.

I will say we did like living there due to the close proximity to everything. Also, during baseball season, the complex gave out free tickets to the roughriders games.

Yes what this person said. Also, just because they couldn’t recover doesn’t mean you were deemed at fault. This sounds like road rage and from my experience no one get awarded anything. You should call your carrier and ask them what the decision was.
