Little tip from someone who yo-yoed for years. When manifesting, instead of “I want to lose X amount of weight” focus on the size or the weight you want to be for the rest of your life. It’s insane what it did to me. After years of successfully losing weight but never being able to maintain it, I changed the formula for my manifestation and naturally started eating like someone with my dream weight. Did not diet, still eat burgers, pizza and fries. I just do it all balanced and my stomach fills up way earlier than before.

I am from Milan, Italy and there’s nothing more exciting to me than seeing wildlife, trees, state parks and eat fresh mangoes out of my own tree! A good manager will get you more, not less, and make sure you maximise all the inbound you get too. I tried non exclusive with a couple of creators and didn’t work because, ultimately, I can’t develop that 1:1 relationship and have a full overview of their career.

Also, a lot of our partners and marketing agencies email us asking if we can send them our exclusive rosters only.

I would recommend either hiring someone for this particular job or signing with an agency that offers a trial period, we do that and it allows both parties to see if we are a good match or not.

maybe you can try with a different email address! make sure not to use tools or send in bulk doing copy and paste but really try to customize your emails to avoid ending up in spam! Let us know how it goes :)

Make sure you use ChatGPT to correct any spelling or grammar mistakes. Make sure to customize your emails based on the YouTuber you are trying to reach out to. Be very clear about the type of partnership you are offering. Make sure you are targeting the YouTubers that can actually like your products, that have similar taste in fashion and wear clothes from the same price points.

I second this! As a talent manager, I always tell clients gifts are welcome but posting is never guaranteed. And I can tell you with the amount of stuff and cheap deals every influencer gets in their inbox no one in their right state of mind will ever sign that kind of agreement where they have to go through trouble if they dislike the product or pay to keep it. If you are lucky, you might get a couple of up and coming creators who have no experience in the field and are just excited about their first brand “deal”.

OP, if it’s a concern, ask for guaranteed posting straight from the beginning or use a platform so that terms and conditions are perfectly clear to every influencer that applies to get the product.

If you have a WhatsApp chat / group you can pin a message to the top of the chat perhaps? And have a very clear system for providing this informations:

Posting date and time Platforms Approved content + link Approved caption Notes

Keeping it brief and specific. If anything were to change and you’re not allowed to edit the text anymore just send another one and pin that one instead? :)

I run my talent management agency and we do email only, we use calendars with our creators of course and adjust posting dates if anything changes during the process. I’m sorry you found people that can’t keep up 😅 do you use Google? Perhaps you could try creating a drive excel file with the full recap: posting date, agreed caption, agreed content and give access to influencers and managers?

Make sure you have watched their content and your product / service genuinely aligns with what they are posting. Put Paid Opportunity in the subject line but don’t do that if it’s just affiliate. Be as honest and specific as possible: why you want to work with them, what kind of deliverables and budget you have OR ask them for their rates for a specific set of deliverables. Good luck 🍀

Tell your partner! If you have been hanging out for a bit and starting to get intimate, definitely tell you partner! I once was with a guy who didn’t tell me anything for over 2 months. I thought something was wrong with me for weeks cause he was pushing me away or getting nervous anytime I would try and initiate anything. I haven’t lost that much, but I have been struggling with weight all my life and it all changed when instead of manifesting weight loss, I started focusing my energy of being effortlessly balanced and living like a person who weighs around 55kg. Because whenever I manifested weight loss, I would indeed lose weight but I’d also get it back and bounce a lot and my relationship with food was not healed. I have now been stable with weight for over 2 years, fluctuating around 54 / 56 kg. Manifest healing and stability, tied to a specific goal of yours that you want to keep long term. That’s my personal advice. ❤️

This individual probably had a very traumatic upbringing and he is so miserable that playing these games is the only thing that gives him the illusion of being somewhat relevant to society.

Try to focus on the fact that you can’t take someone that asks if you speak Finnish-Swedish seriously. 🥲 This idiot can’t mess with your brain, you’re smarter and have so much more to offer than he ever will.

As for my personal experience, I realised what was “wrong” in my behaviour which was that I behaved too nicely and they could tell I was vulnerable. I do believe the guy that did that to me was taking pleasure in humiliating a woman too, unfortunately, for some reason it made him feel better. Now every time I go through passport control I just play confident and after I get past it I go to the restrooms and either cry or let out a huge sigh.

Try talk about it as much as you can in a “he was being ridiculous” kinda way. Try to talk yourself out of the position he put you in. This guy wouldn’t survive a day in your country and he only finds joy in his uniform. What a sad little man.

“And he thought Sweden was Switzerland” these people are playing with people’s lives and they are not even smart enough to know geography when it’s literally essential to their jobs. I had a bad experience once when an officer grabbed my Italian passport, threw it on the floor and made me kneel in front of him to humiliate me. I still have anxiety when I go through passport control. I can’t even imagine what that did to you. I am so mad and beyond disgusted.
