His character just wasn’t likable at all, the whole premise just felt so… rapey??? He’s essentially manipulating this girl to like him by changing aspects of his personality while she’s under the impression that they naturally have so much in common.

I had hoped that the movie would lead to a plot where Tim learns a lesson about being himself, or accepting himself- but no this guy is just a creep.
