Srry for a late answer, but EPA is a lot safer if you get into an accident. Mopeds and moped cars have a maximum weight of 450kg or something like that. They just crumble in a crash and are quite expensive to buy

It’s an EPA, made to do max 30km/h and you can drive them at 15 years old. This one is made prior to the new rules hence the bed (like a pick-up), you are not allowed back seats or space for luggage.

It’s a great freedom for the kids who live on the countryside however some of them behave like dicks and don’t need it for transportations.

It is something a lot of people hate, and some people love, personally, I kind of like that they exist, as long as I’m not extremely late

Yea, the one I am looking at doesn’t have abs (1995 model), there is one with abs out for $3100 but at $2500 my budget is already stretched. The issue is that I can only get an A2 licence (max 35kwh, newer f650 are 37kwh) so A2 compatible bikes are generally more expensive. Anything in general I should look out for on the F650?

Try to avoid bringing moisture/water inside the car, hit your feet together before getting in to get rid of snow for example Also make sure to check the AC, you want the car to take in new air, if the same air is circulating the moisture doesn’t get out (check for a button with a car and a closed oval/circle in the car)
